How to Merge

You have 12 months from the merge start date to convert individual tokens to RUJI. The conversion rate will start to decay from midnight 5th May 2025 (UTC) for 11 months, until midnight 5th April 2026 (UTC) - at which point tokens can no longer be converted.

As the conversion rate decays over this period, the excess tokens will be distributed to users who have converted their tokens, but have not yet claimed them, essentially increasing their conversion rate every day they are untouched.

You can withdraw converted and reward tokens at any time without a unbonding period, but cannot restake to earn additional rewards.

Bonding Curve and Decay

From the merger date (TBD) users will have 12 months to convert their tokens to RUJI. Until midnight 5th May 2025 (UTC) users will receive a 1:1* conversion rate, after which the rate will start a linear decay to 1:0 by the end of the 12 month period.

The rate at the time a user initiates the conversion will be fixed and will not decrease with the decay - should they not immediately withdraw.

* The conversion rate illustrated in the table above is considered 1:1 in cases where 1 merge token does not equal 1 RUJI.

Token Bonus

Assuming not all tokens are converted, and are not converted at a 1:1 ratio, an excess of RUJI tokens will be accumulated. These tokens will be periodically distributed to users who do not immediately withdraw their RUJI.

Based on the time a user initiates the conversion, and the time before they withdraw their RUJI tokens, they will accrue a share of the excess tokens as rewards until the time they withdraw.

Users can withdraw converted and reward tokens at any time without a unbonding period, but cannot restake to earn additional rewards.
